The Chairman of Pool-in-Wharfedale Parish Council is urging residents to vote YES. The referendum question is "Do you want Leeds City Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Pool-in-Wharfedale to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area.  Please follow this link to read the Chairman's letter to residents.  A copy of the Neighbourhood Plan can be found by following the link below.
